That is an old unit with v1 firmware. Currently all OneStreams run firmware v2.x.xxxx. It is possible to upgrade from v1 to v2 but you must follow this process: 1. Save the attached v2upImage file to your PC hard disk 2. Power up OneStream – wait for Red LED to go out 3. Log in to web interface 4. Go to “Update Firmware” and under Local Update section browse for v2upImage file 5. Click “Local Update” and wait for firmware update to reach 100% 6. Click “HERE” link to restart 7. After restart go to the following address (use the correct IP Address for your OneStream): http://192.168.0.1/index-multiupdate.html 8. You should see the “OneStream Multi Update” page. 9. Click the “RUN UPDATE” button – wait for the Status to show *****FINISHED – ALL UPDATES SUCCESSFULL***** 10. Power Off the OneStream and then Power Back On. Wait for Red LED to go out. This process updates the firmware, bootloader and FPGA to the latest version. It also factory defaults the configuration.
