6.3.2. Reset Using USB Key To perform a factory reset using a USB key, you need to create a file called factoryreset.uIPBX and save it to the base of a blank USB key. Place the USB key into the open port of a fully booted µIPBX. The LEDs will turn RED and the µIPBX will reboot. After about 2.5 minutes, once all of the LEDs have turned green, the USB key can be removed and the µIPBX will be factory reset. Icon NOTE: The USB key used to factory reset should not be one previously used to store data from the µIPBX. If it is, then all of the settings on the USB key are restored and a complete factory reset will not have taken place.
